David Baugh investigates claims and complaints filed by employees in the matter of wage,

minimum wage, earned paid sick time and retaliation. David’s cases have taken him on field

assignments across the state. He ensures that employees and employees are educated on all

Labor Department jurisdictional programs.

Greetings! Originally from Italy started to work for ADOSH about 4 years ago as an Executive Assistant. Working in close proximity to great ADOSH Directors such as Jessie Atencio, Mark Norton and Phil Murphy one can do nothing else but absorb all that great safety knowledge. And so it happens that I caught the bug and became passionate about Safety as well. Now in a new Safety Compliance position that passion will only grow. this position with the Safety Committee is just a great opportunity to put in practice the training,  

I am Kara Dimas, the Commission Secretary and I have been part of the Director’s Office since 2014.  I started with the Commission in 2004 in the Legal Division and have always been part of the emergency evacuation team.  I have been a member of the Safety Committee for the last five years. 

Hello, my name is Taylor and I have been with the ICA since November 2022. I started as a temporary worker before becoming a full-fledged member of the Accounting team. I am new to the Safety Committee but I am excited to do my best to support safe practices within the agency.

Hi, I am Scott Stutsman with the maintenance division of Special Services. I have been on the Safety Committee as Co-Chair for approximately 1.5 years and I work to keep the building safe for everybody, everyday. 

Hello, my name is Daniel Macaulay and I work in the Special Services Division. I have been on the Safety Committee for a year now and have the privilege of taking the meeting minutes that are sent each month for every division to put on their safety boards. I take pride in being a Committee member and the fact that we take steps to make sure the ICA is a safe and healthful workplace for all employees and visitors.

A little about me I am 30 years old, married with 3 children and have been working with the Industrial Commission for 6 months. I am on the compliance team. I like spending time with my kids and going on mini vacations with and without kids and going to the movies.

Hi, my name is Renee Englen and I work in the MRO/Medical Resource Office of the ICA.  Our department handles the Fee Schedule and Treatment Guidelines, related to injured workers, the treatment they receive and the payments made to providers.  I'm proud to be a small part of the Safety Committee and all the work that has gone into the ICA becoming a VPP Star.  The dedication I have seen from the staff at the ICA has been very impressive.  I have worked in the Work Comp field in both Arizona and California for more years than I care to admit and have always enjoyed it.  Outside of work, I am anxiously awaiting the opportunity to get back on a cruise ship, and to spend more time with my friends and my family in the Midwest where 5 of my grandchildren live. 

Good day all! My name is Sonja Lyons and I work in the Accounting Department as an Accounting Specialist Manager. I have been a member of the Safety Committee since it started. I enjoy being a part of this committee and work on creating a safer work environment for all who work or come into our building.
