The Industrial Commission Continuity of Operations (COOP) Plan is an all-hazards plan addressing the Industrial Commission’s hazard and threat environment, including natural, technological, and human-caused emergencies and disasters.

The plan is designed as a high tier Whole Community document identifying the Industrial Commission’s roles and responsibilities during a continuity event.

The COOP Plan integrates, supports, and is consistent with all applicable federal and state guidance, and utilizes the Arizona COOP Program document and Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP) standards as a basis for its structure.
