Glorietta

On the pole behind the dugout/stands on 1st base side. There is a small metal box with a combo lock on it. This is a light switch (like in your home), and it is a simple up for “on” and down for “off”.

All other fields – lights are on the Musco system. They will be enabled one (1) hour before sunset.  If they don’t go on when you try, please check the time and make sure it is less than an hour before sunset.  For assistance: please call (818) 903-2702

Please turn off the lights if the next group is not on site yet
Lights are left on for the next group, but some teams may cancel practice or it's possible that you may be the last team of the day on the field.

Please help us save on electricity costs by turning off the lights if no one has arrived to start practicing when the previous group is done.

At Scholl, please only turn the lights on for your field (not all three (3) fields, unless the other groups are all there already). Often times all 3 fields are on, when someone is only using #2 or #3.

Please ensure parents are watching their children (siblings of players). Siblings run around and leave trash or get into areas they shouldn’t, or ride bikes across the infield and use the mound as a jumping ramp, etc. Please ask them to keep an eye on kids, and keep them from damaging the field or leaving trash all over. Bikes are not allowed on the fields at all.

Please make sure to park in marked spaces only and not blocking maintenance gates or roads (especially at Scholl).

Please prevent children from kicking the balls into any fences.
It is fine if they went to shoot a goal and missed, causing it to hit a fence,
but it shouldn’t be part of practice where they kick the ball over and over
into the fences or netting. It causes damage to the fences over time, as
they curve out.

Please lock any outfield fences as you leave the field. Please walk around the field and make sure all of the unlocked gates are locked and the lights are off before leaving. The outfield gate at Dunsmore should be locked.

No animals on the fields at all, with the exception of a service animal (must have permission from the Regional Commissioner)

Food and drink are not allowed inside the fences for Complex Fields.  Snacks after the game should be passed out as parents leave the fields, and not while out there. Water is the only drink allowed on these fields.  Please let parents know to keep siblings from eating or drinking juice/soda on the artificial turf fields, as well.
