Two separate processes are available at the elementary level - RTI/MTSS and Standard FBAs. These are meant to build on each other becoming more specific and in-depth as high level interventions are needed to address behavior concerns.
This process is appropriate for gen ed behavior plans. Behaviors that are addressed include behaviors that disrupt the learning of the child and others in the school environment.
The Elementary Standard FBA/BIP is a direct and indirect FBA process used for special education students.
