11:20–11:50 | Fika - Experience an introduction to Sweden’s beloved coffee break tradition, focusing on taking a daily pause to connect, relax, and socialize with fellow attendees.

11:50-12:00 | AWC Stockholm Scholarship Update - A presentation on the AWC Stockholm Scholarship Fund

12:00–12:45 | FAWCO: Global Priorities, Local Possibilities-Engagement with FAWCO Speakers - Current initiatives, including updates on the Target Program 6 (2025–2028): “Human Rights: Advancing Dignity, Equality and Freedom for Women and Girls,” aligning directly with UN Sustainable Development Goal 5 (Gender Equality), FAWCO Human Rights Team a global network working to end violence and discrimination against women and girls, and the FAWCO Education Team , which focuses on UN Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education), supporting literacy, digital equity, and educational access for women and girls.

13:10–14:00 | Lunch & Networking - Enjoy a lunch featuring Nordic-inspired flavors, friendly faces, and a few fun surprises. Take this opportunity to mix and mingle with representatives from the State Department Federal Credit Union (SDFCU) and revisit our archival history exhibition.

14:00–14:30 | International Financial Foundations for Global Citizens Impact Session - Traditional banks often struggle to comprehend how you can hold a passport from one country, live abroad in another, and still need a secure, compliant financial anchor elsewhere. Enter the State Department Federal Credit Union (SDFCU).  Representatives will share solutions specifically for Americans living overseas with a presentation and audience questions.

14:30–15:05 | International Impact Session - When Art Creates Belonging: Living as a global citizen means constantly seeking connection across borders. In this inspiring session, Lara Szabo Greisman, Festival Director and Co-Founder  Nobel Week Lights Stockholm, shares an international perspective on democratizing public art to foster a deep sense of local and global belonging. Followed by a conversation with Kimberly Andersson and audience questions.

Saturday's Stadshuset doors run on Swedish time. Please plan to arrive no later than 17:10, because at 17:30 those doors close, and they mean it.

17:10 | Arrival  for Reception & Private Tour at Stockholm City Hall - Marvel at the grandeur of the iconic Blue Hall, as well as the breathtaking Golden Hall’s extraordinary mosaics, this is a uniquely Stockholm experience. Join for sparkling wine, canapés, and a private guided tour where Nobel laureates and royalty gather each December.
