Robles Elementary All-Star Employee of the Month 

Nicar Casulla, 5th Grade Math & Science Teacher 

Mrs. Casulla brought her vibrant energy from the Philippines straight into Robles! Though she's a first-year teacher here, she quickly earned the respect and love of her students. Collaborating with her second-grade team, she fostered a strong, respectful bond among colleagues and students alike. Under her dedicated instruction, her students have ROARed to higher levels of academic achievement.

Mrs. Casulla has shown grace and elegance in her roles as a full-time classroom teacher. Her commitment extends to supporting the 21st Century program with her dedication to before and after-school classes. Always active in Family Fun Nights, she includes beautiful and fun arts and crafts for all the families in the Three Points Community.

She has truly earned recognition and respect with her recent transition into the fifth-grade position as the new math teacher! Not only is she flexible and open to learning, but she’s also working with another wonderful teammate this year with a positive attitude. Mrs. Casulla, you are not just an All-Star but a wonderful teacher, friend, colleague, and asset to our district and school!
