Begin creating the conference promo brochure for four-page insert in Transformer on conference; work with editor on deadline (Dawn Addy). This piece becomes a paper registration which can be emailed or mailed to people as requested. See previous brochures below.

Create a website using the information from the above promo, work with AVP/USA webmaster (Rick Krouskop) for template already created. This website must be live before registration can launch.
Call and email your state/region's facilitators to inform and recruit
January
Recruitment: Call one person in each state to talk about the conference- get list from avpusa.org
Announce Registration via MailChimp platform and AVP-L.
February-April
MailChimp and AVP-L announcements throughout February, March, and April
1st – Email on keynote speaker and workshops
2nd –Email on scholarships and deadline
3rd– Email on Early bird savings and Early Bird Deadline
4th - Email on program and breakout sessions (call-out and themes)
5th- Email on Regular Registration deadline
6th - Email on Late Registration deadline
