The Housing Coordinator is responsible for assigning rooms based on the registrants requests/needs which is provided by the registrar during the month of May once deadlines have passed for registration. 
Sometimes the local group wants to encourage travel in the area and may offer to arrange hospitality with local facilitators or friends of AVP, such as Quaker Meetings, Unitarians etc. 
Housing timeline
Housing: Provide contact info and copy for the reg brochure and Transformer on pre and post housing 
Provide any copy needed around site housing for the confirmation such as sleeping bag needed or? 
February, March, April (optional) 
Confirm with meeting contacts that have already signed up to coordinate housing their continued willingness to locate housing in their area 
Recruit facilitators to offer hospitality for conference attendees before or after conference 
Develop a list of contacts for vacationers who what to come early and stay late for the conference that can be provided on request. 
Function as contact point for questions on hospitality 
Function as contact point for questions on housing 
Work with conference coordinators in assigning onsite housing  
Function as contact point for questions on housing 
Work with conference coordinators in assigning and tracking on-site housing  
Keep tally of number of people who used the free pre and post housing 
Work with property on distributing and retrieving keys and linens, as well as problem solving

Submit report and recommendations on housing for future conferences
