There are a number of possible options for registration for the AVP-USA 50th Anniversary Gathering. Please take a look below to help familiarize yourself with the options before registering. If you need help with registration or have questions, you can contact conferencechair@avpusa.org.
Early Bird Pricing Ends on Friday, March 21st
Last day to register, change registration & cancel registration on Friday, May 2.
Standard
Standard registration includes the following:
Overnight accommodations and linens Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Double Room: You may designate a roommate or leave it to the registrar to assign one.
Linens are included in all overnight conference registrations and include: Flat Sheet - XL - 54x90, Fitted Sheet - XL - 39x80x9, Pillowcase - 42x36, Pillow, Thermal Blanket - 66x90, Hand Towel - 16x30, Bath Mat. They do not include a bath towel.
Meals from Friday dinner through Monday lunch
You can add additional accommodation nights to your Standard registration starting Tuesday, May 20th through Tuesday, May 27th. However if you plan to stay for the entire week, it's more cost effect to register with the "Everything" option.
You will need to add "Thursday" check-in in order to attend Pre-Conference events on Friday.

Commuter
Commuter registration includes the following:
All core conference activities from Friday evening through Monday morning.
Meals for commuter are lunch and dinner for Saturday and Sunday only.
You can purchase single days only, but if you want to attend a majority of the gathering it is more cost effective to register for "All 4 Core Days"

"International Day" includes all AVP-International Activities on Thursday, May 22nd and on Monday, May 26th. It also includes Lunch only on Thursday and Monday.

Everything is perfect for those attending all AVP-International and AVP-USA events. Registration includes the following:

SCHOLARSHIPS
US Scholarships are available for US attendees for the REGULAR registration.
There will be no AVP International Scholarships.
"Deadline" is March 21st. Any applications submitted after March 21st will be awarded if money is still available. Note that returned citizens will receive priority, even if submitted after the "deadline."
The amount of a scholarship is limited to the CORE GATHERING FEES.
If you apply, the CORE GATHERING FEES will be provisionally deducted from your registration fees.
In the event we do not have enough funds to award a full scholarship, we will bill for the balance.
ADD-ON OPTION FEES are not covered by scholarships and must be paid at the time of registration.

(What is it about AVP that particularly motivates you or stimulates your interest?)

(What has been your AVP involvement in the past, how are you now involved in AVP, and how do you expect to be involved in the future?)
What will you Bring To and Take From the Gathering?
(What will you contribute to the Gathering and what do you expect to receive from attending the gathering?)
Sponsoring Local Chapter
(Which local AVP Group/Chapter/Council is sponsoring/supporting your application?)
Sponsoring Chapter Contact's Name, Phone & Email
(How can we contact someone in your Local AVP Group about your application?)
