The Avon Early Childhood PTA is a nonprofit member-based organization that helps parents of children from birth through the end of kindergarten better understand their child via qualified resources, educational programs, shared experiences, and social activities. Guided by our mission “Community, Family, Friends” our volunteer-run organization connects families and sponsors through in-person meetings and events, as well as online through our public and private social media pages and dedicated email communications.
We invite you to partner with us for the 2026-2027 membership year (July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027). Sponsoring AECPTA puts your business in front of local families and primary household decision makers through our events, newsletters, website, email communications, and social media platforms. Spaces are limited and sponsorships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis! Payments can be received via check or made online via Cheddar Up (a transaction fee will be included at checkout with online payments). Please select your desired sponsorship level (see below for more info) and following this link to check out online.
If sponsorship is not the right fit, we also accept monetary and in kind donations of goods. Donations help us continue providing meaningful programs, events, and support to local families. As a thank you for your generosity, we can provide a tax exempt form per your request. Donations may be made online or mail a check to Avon Early Childhood PTA PO Box 78 Avon, OH 44011.

* Website ad- You will provide a pre-made Ad or logo with a link to your website/social page. Ads need to be saved as 200x250 pixel JPEG. *Meeting presentations- can be done in person, via video that will be played at the meeting, or you may send along a PowerPoint, pamphlet, or other written material that we will share *Sign or Banner- You will provide a banner to be displayed at our events. Drop off will be arranged prior to the event. *Social Media- Bronze and Silver levels will receive 1recognition post via social media, Gold will receive 2, and Platinum, Diamond, and Community Champion will receive 3. This will include our public facing PTA Facebook page, private group, and Instagram page. *Table Set up at Events- You will be provided a table and you can set up a stand to advertise your business. These events include Back to School Bash, Fall and Spring Kids Kloset, Valentine’s Day Dance, Easter Egg Hunt, and Pool Party (subject to change with notice and replacement of event). *Logo on PTA apparel- Must be received before July 5th
