This project was one of the first big projects we completed as a class! Students were required to make a painting using the technique and style of Pointilism. In other words, it had to be entirely made out of dots! Students did an amazing job to carefully and patiently craft these projects.

Students did a challenge for the whole month of October to come up with a quick sketch each day based on a given prompt. Here are some of the results/student favorites!

This was a fun project we did with acrylic paint where students were challenged to create their own skatboard designs! They came up with the unique designs themselves, but a twist was added as each student was randomly assigned a different color scheme that they had to work with! As you can see below, the results were pretty amazing.

This project was definitely the most time consuming and complex that students completed this past semester. Students needed to construct their own 3D letter out of cardboard. Then, they came up with a unique theme to paint onto each of the sides. Students did an awesome job, as they were able to experiment and work with sculpture!
