This project is all about learning to control our cameras to change shutter speed to produce blurred, panning, and frozen motion photographs. We have also been learning how to create images that display different depth of fields.
(this year we have been using our cellphones and web cameras)
Students are now changing their approach to their photographs and getting creative with their use of different camera angles/techniques.
This project required students to use the top 7 techniques: Rule of Thirds, Leading line, Grouping, Formal balance, Informal balance, Selective focus, and Framing.
Richard Cano- Worms Eye
Students were experimenting with different angles and perspectives for this project. They were asked to show images in their own point of view, birds eye, and worms eye view perspective. These angles allow the viewer to see the subject matter from below (worms eye), from above (birds eye), and from an original perspective (your eye view).
As for each project they were asked to complete a full edit for each image. Editing was only to enhance their image and not drastically change it from its original appearance.
