Sessions

Content Live Sessions are course-specific (English, Electives, U.S. History/Government) live session classes that are held in Zoom. During these classes, we will discuss course-specific tips and tricks.

By attending and participating in Content Live Sessions, you will earn extra credit for a specific course assignment, according to your teacher's instructions.

You will be invited to at least TWO Content Live Sessions for EACH course you are enrolled in this school year. The student calendar shows the weeks for each Content Live Session.

You will only be invited to ONE live session on ONE day during each Content Live Session Week:

• CLS-1: Week of October 27 (English)

• CLS-2: Week of November 3 (Elective Courses)

• CLS-3: Week of December 8 (U.S. History)

• CLS-4: Week of January 26 (Special Session)

• CLS-5: Week of March 2 (English)

• CLS-6: Week of April 13 (Elective Courses)

• CLS-7: Week of April 20 (U.S. History)

• CLS-8: Week of May 18 (Special Session)

🚨Please note: All live sessions will be held in ZOOM. Please make sure that you check for Zoom updates regularly to ensure you can always access your meetings without any interruptions.

💡Pro Tip: Add these dates to your calendar/planner so you can plan around live session weeks!

The Wednesday before the Content Live Session week, you will receive an emailed invitation with a Zoom link and exact date and time for your Content Live Session. (Check your Colegia email!)

It is expected that you will attend your session and participate during the date and time listed on your emailed invitation.

*** If an emergency arises and you cannot attend your scheduled Content Live Session, I will try my best to accommodate you. Please email me as soon as you can to resolve the issue. In your email, please provide me with TWO days and times that work for you and, if another live session is being held on one of your requested days/times, I will send you a new Zoom link. ***

💡Pro Tip: Add the date and time of your scheduled CLS to your calendar/planner so you don't forget to attend!

To earn credit for attending the Content Live Sessions, all you have to do is attend the meeting, be an active participant, and submit the required assignment.
