As part of our shared journey into outdoor learning, all four partner schools took part in a creative and engaging activity: designing banners to represent the spirit of the project. Each school involved students in exploring the values of learning outside the classroom—connection with nature, active discovery, and well-being—and expressing those ideas visually.
The banners were then shared among the partners, not as part of a competition, but as a celebration of each group’s unique vision. Rather than choosing a winner, the focus was on appreciating the diversity of ideas and the creativity shown by all students.
This collaborative activity helped reinforce the importance of outdoor learning and gave students a sense of ownership and pride in the project from the very beginning.
