In the event that you need to cancel a booking for any reason, please notify us promptly. Kindly send a text message to (206) 249-9051 and an email to book@autographtalent.com. In both the text and email, please make it clear by noting "URGENT" in the subject line of the email and the body of the text. This ensures immediate attention to your cancellation.

Your cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a reply from us. If you do not hear back within a reasonable timeframe, please call or reach out again. We will communicate with the production team and process the cancellation only after confirmation.

If the cancellation is on the day of the shoot or within a few hours of the scheduled time and you have not received a response from the Autograph team, please contact production directly. You should have their contact information either provided by us in the shoot details or sent directly from them before the scheduled shoot.

Thank you for your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. Your adherence is of utmost importance as it is critical to preserving and upholding our professional relationships with casting and production, ensuring the continued success of all parties involved in future collaborations.

To maintain a professional and reliable roster, Autograph Talent has implemented the following policies for roster removal. These guidelines ensure that all talent meet expectations and contribute positively to the team.

• No-Show to Set Without Notice

  • A no-show to any scheduled set or commitment without prior communication is grounds for immediate review. A single instance may lead to removal from the roster unless there are extenuating circumstances discussed and agreed upon in advance.

• Unconfirmed Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be confirmed by both Autograph Talent and the client in advance. If a talent fails to confirm their cancellation and misses a scheduled set or audition, they may face immediate removal or further review.

• Self-Tape Non-Submission Policy - 3 Strike Rule

  • 1. First missed self-tape submission without early cancellation:

       • Email warning issued.

    2. Second missed self-tape submission:

       • Second email warning and review of overall communication.

    3. Third missed self-tape submission:

       • Removal from the roster.

• Agency Discretion

At any time, Autograph Talent reserves the right to remove a talent from the roster if it deems necessary for any behavior or repeated actions that compromise professional standards or impact the reputation of the agency.

All cancellations must be communicated to Autograph Talent at least 24 hours in advance. (Emergencies need to be communicated asap)

Failing to show up or submit not only impacts your individual reputation but also reflects on the agency and can limit opportunities for everyone now and in the future.
