Therapy Style
Amanda's style of therapy can be described as eclectic - she will often use a combination of dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy and attachment-based therapy in her practice. In the initial sessions, you'll explore what brought you into therapy, and then together with Amanda will decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With a more varied approach to treatment, Amanda will create a unique plan, to not just help alleviate the presenting concerns but also look forward to help you feel better prepared for future obstacles and life challenges.
