We are so happy to have you as a Lively Falcon for the 26-27 school year! Please complete the following steps to ensure you reserve your seat with us. Registration and course selection is required.
Step 1: Accept Your Seat [REQUIRED]
UPDATE: Missing registration paperwork does not impact your seat acceptance
To reserve your seat, you must accept your seat with Enroll Austin before March 27th at https://www.austinisd.org/enroll.
Call at (512)414-3207 ext. 73458 or email Lively Middle School Magnet/Dual Language assistant, Ms. Rivera at sereena.rivera@austinisd.org, for support.
This step is required. If you do not accept your seat by March 27th, you will lose your seat in the magnet program for 26-27 SY admittance.
Step 2: Registration [REQUIRED]
If you have not already submitted the required documents to Sereena Rivera (sereena.rivera@austinisd.org), please bring copies of the following items at your earliest convenience so we can complete your student’s records:
Child’s Birth Certificate
Child’s Immunization Records
Parent/Guardian Photo ID
Proof of Residency (lease, mortgage statement, or current utility bill)
Providing these documents will help ensure your student’s enrollment records are complete and processed without delay. If you have already submitted these items, no further action is needed.
Step 3: Select Your Electives [REQUIRED]
Course selections are due by April 3rd at 4:00 p.m.

Lively is offering one virtual and one on-site support session for families who have questions about course selections during the Ice Cream Social on Thursday, April 2nd, 4:30-6:00 pm.

Please join us in the Lively courtyard for our traditional Ice Cream Social to celebrate all of our new Magnet and Dual Language students! This event is recommended and serves as a catch-all for next steps. We will have booths for:

Step 4: Transition Camp 2026
Registration & Transition Camp Dates coming soon!
We offer a transition camp for all incoming Future Falcon students (open for all grade levels). This camp is recommended for all new Magnet students. We offer collaborative and engaging sessions to onboard all of our new Falcons. Students will get their schedules, meet their teachers and peers, and learn the Lively systems, so they are prepared for their first day of school.
Step 5: Summer Projects
Summer Projects: Coming Soon!
All Lively Magnet students are required to complete summer projects to prepare for the first unit of study in their Magnet ELAR and Social Studies classes. All summer projects are due the first week of school. Extensions will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
We will share the Magnet Summer projects in May and send email reminders with the website and resources.
