What is a birthday book?

A birthday book is a special book that your child donates to the library to celebrate their birthday. After donating, your child will be invited to choose a book from our special birthday bookshelf. We will add a commemorative bookplate celebrating your child and your child will have the first opportunity to check out this special new book. Summer birthdays will be celebrated on their half-birthdays.

All donations help fund book purchases and author visits. Your donation makes a BIG difference!
