Use "Add a Call Number" when your campus DOES NOT have a record for a book but other campuses do have a record for the book. This video will go over the steps to add your campus to the tree and to add your campus copy of the book.

Use "Add Item" when your campus already has a record for a book and you need to add additional copies of the SAME book. This video will go over the steps to add additional items to your existing record. Make sure you are adding the copy for your campus and NOT the first school on the tree (if this happens, please contact the Cataloging Librarian right away).
