Lindsey Menge MS, RD, LD is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and Senior Lecturer in Nutrition and Foods at Texas State University. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and completed her Master’s degree in Human Nutrition as well as her Dietetic Internship at Texas State University.
