Check out our Syllabus Template with a write up on how to share information with your students about the showcase. Faculty can direct their students to our Student Showcase Guide for information regarding registration. It is the responsibility of each individual student to register for the event and submit their project using the link below, left. Students who will just be attending may RSVP to attend using the link below, right.
Instructors: Please Submit official Project Information here
It is the responsibility of the Service-Learning Faculty member to provide the official project name and description, student names, and project photo via the form linked here. The information you provide at this link will be placed on our website and will be archived for student reference in the future. Presentation examples are available for your and students' review in our Archive. You may edit the form as needed. Please complete by April 24.

Consider allowing students to use this poster template to help you set them up for success! If you need help getting this 11 x 17 size printed, contact lcox@austincc.edu.
Remind students to arrive at 9 am on the morning of the event to set up their projects. We will have light refreshments throughout the event.
Awards for 3 Exemplary Service-Learning Projects will also be announced after the event. Review and direct students to the Schedule of Events here for more detailed information.
