Adventures 课后扩展学习项目在新学年开始时不会从候补名单中招收任何学生。我们将于 9 月 1 日或之后重新审查招生情况，以确定是否有空缺名额可招收候补名单上的学生。如需加入候补名单，请使用下方演示文稿中提供的 6crickets 注册平台进行申请。目前，第一学期的注册仅开放给候补名单上的学生。

如果本项目在学年开始后有空余名额，可招收候补名单上的学生，我们将通过电子邮件向候补名单上的学生家庭发送录取通知。

此候补名单仅适用于第一学期。第一学期将于 2026 年 10 月 23 日结束，候补资格不会自动延续至第二学期。

待第二学期的注册期开放后，各家庭需要重新提交一份注册申请。

Actualización del 12 de Agosto de 2026

Adventures NO agregará estudiantes de la lista de espera para el inicio del año escolar. Revisaremos las inscripciones a partir del 1 de Septiembre. Para unirse a la lista de espera, utilice el enlace  del portal de 6crickets que se encuentra en las presentaciones a continuación. Actualmente, la inscripción para el primer trimestre se realiza únicamente a través de la lista de espera.

Summer Hours: The Adventures Office will be closed for the summer starting Monday, July 13th. We will reopen on Monday, August 3rd.

7/1/26 - Summer Adventures is CLOSED on Friday, July 3rd in observation of the Fourth of July Holiday. 

Session 3 programming will resume on Monday, July 6th.

• 2/4/2026  - Confirmation emails for students enrolled in Trimester 3 for the Adventures Extended Day program were sent Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 5 pm via Blackboard Connect. 

• 2/2/2026 - 2026 Summer Adventures registration is opening soon! Please see the flyers for more information. 

• 1/26/26 - Submit your registration by January 30, 2026 to be considered for enrollment in Trimester 3. Limited space available. Qualifying unduplicated TK-6th grade students are given priority.

• 10/14/25 - Trimester 2 Enrollment Confirmation emails are scheduled for 6 PM tonight. They will be sent via Blackboard Connect (BlackboardConnect-do-not-reply@ausd.us). Please check the inbox of the parent/guardian listed for your child for their program start date. Look for the subject line "25-26 Adventures Extended Day Confirmation." Students not selected for Trimester 2 will remain on our waitlist for an opportunity to participate in Trimester 3. If your child will no longer participate in the program, please contact the Adventures office at 626-943-3537.

• 9/17/25 - Submit your registration by October 10, 2025 to be considered for enrollment in Trimester 2. Limited space available. Qualifying unduplicated TK-6th grade students are given priority.

• 8/11/25 - All schools are currently on a waitlist for the Extended Day Program. Please click here for the instructions to join our waitlist.

• 7/17/25 Confirmation emails for qualifying unduplicated pupils will be sent today around 5 pm from Blackboard Connect ( BlackboardConnect-do-not-reply@ausd.us ) to all students who submitted the "After School Program" form in Parent Portal by the July 11th deadline.  

  • Students admitted through the lottery drawing (includes students new to the district) will receive an email from Blackboard Connect tomorrow, July 18th, around 3 PM.

  • Reminder: Late applicants (any submissions after July 11th) will be placed on a waiting list and contacted once space is available. 

• Please note a change in our office hours if you need to call us for assistance in July.

2025-2026 Extended Day Registration (Now Available)

• 6/24/2025 - A reminder to register for the program was sent to unduplicated pupils yesterday through a Blackboard Connect email at 5 pm. Priority registration closes on July 11, 2025. Please submit your application to secure your spot for the start of the school year.

• 5/13/2025 - Registration for the 25-26 Extended Day program is now open.  Invitations were sent through Blackboard Connect on 5/12/2025 at 6 PM. 

• Parents/Guardians of qualifying  and currently enrolled TK - 5th grade students will have access to submit the form through the Parent Portal. Nonqualifying students will be directed to complete the lottery form. If you feel like your child is a qualifying student, please contact the Adventures office for assistance. 

• For students new to the district (incoming TK/K or transfers) - please call our office at (626) 943-3537 to join our New Student Waitlist. 

• Note: The district has reset the Alternative Income Form (AIF) for the 25-26 School Year. Families must resubmit the form (found in the Parent Portal) if your student previously qualified as an unduplicated pupil through AIF data. Invitations will be sent to those newly identified as a qualifying student throughout the enrollment period.

Summer Adventures Registration (Closed 4/25/2025)

Trimester 3 Enrollment 1/30/2025

• Emails will be sent to families on our waitlist (UPP and Lottery) on Friday, January 31, 2025 at 5 PM.  Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email. The sender would be BlackboardConnect-do-not-reply@ausd.us and has "24-25 Adventures" in the subject line. 

Day Camp Change in Location

Please read the letter about a change in location for the Day Camp. Due to low enrollment, all Day Camps will now be operating only out of Ramona Elementary School.

January 27, 2025 Day Camp 

AlphaBest Education in partnership with AUSD Adventures is operating a hands-on Full Day Camp on the Pupil Free Day on Monday, January 27, 2025. 

Registration closes on January 10, 2025. 

The form has closed. 

Please call the Adventures Office at 626-943-3537 if you are still in need of the Day Camp.

A Blackboard Connect email will be sent with a link to complete the registration process with AlphaBest Education within a week of opting in. Participants must opt in by January 10th and register through KangarooTime with AlphaBest by January 13th.

23-24 school year participants must re-register for the 24-25 school year. AUSD Adventures does not have automatic re-enrollment.  Priority registration for August closes on July 15, 2024. Submissions after July 15th will be placed on a waitlist.

May 15, 2024:  Forms must be completed for individual students. Students currently enrolled in Adventures MUST re-register in order to participate. Our program does not have automatic reenrollment.

Qualifying unduplicated pupils must register through the Parent Portal.  Log into your parent account and complete the "After School Program" form under the "Forms section." Non-qualifying students will be directed to complete the Lottery form linked in Parent Portal.

Students new to the district are asked to call our office at(626) 943-3537 to join our "New Student" waitlist.

Change in planned closure date for May 2024.

Originally we had planned our last professional development day for Wednesday, May 1, 2024. We will now be OPEN on May 1, 2024 and will instead be CLOSED on Friday, May 24, 2024. May 24th is the last day of school and is also a minimum day. Please plan for alternative care.

2023-2024 Enrollment Update

• Update March 6, 2024  The 2023-2024 Adventures Lottery Registration has closed and we will not be enrolling any lottery students for the remainder of the school year. If you are interested in adding your student to the 2024-2025 Adventures Extended Day Lottery, the form will be available on our website beginning May 2024.  

Parents/Guardians of qualifying students can call our office to be placed on the waitlist. All our sites are currently at capacity. Enrollment for the rest of the 2023-2024 school year is subject to availability.

If you are interested in adding your student to the 2024-2025 Adventures Extended Day Lottery, the form will be available on our website beginning May 2024.

Enrollment Update for Trimester 3: 1/16/2024: Adventures will be enrolling students on the waitlist, pending site availability, for the start of Trimester 3. Qualifying pupils with priority should submit their interest through the After School Program form on Parent Portal. Parents/Guardians of students without priority will NOT have access to submit the form and should call our office at (626) 943-3537 by Wednesday, February 7, 2024 to join the lottery. Confirmation emails will be sent by Friday, February 9, 2024.

Thursday, 10/26/2023  - The Adventures Extended Day program at Emery Park is closed today because the campus is closed. Program is expected to resume normal operations tomorrow, 10/27/2023.

The Dia De Los Muertos showcase scheduled for today has been postponed. The showcase is now scheduled for Wednesday, November 1, 2023.

10/4/2023 - Enrollment updates for students on the priority and lottery waitlist will be sent via Blackboard Connect on October 20th. Please note we may not be able to accommodate all students on the waitlist if demand exceeds our program capacity. Unaccommodated students will remain on the waitlist for consideration in February 2024.

8/11/2023 - Our office will be looking at enrollment in the upcoming weeks. Qualifying students with completed registration forms will be placed in our program pending availability. Please look out for confirmation emails from Blackboard Connect with a start date. A wait list email will be sent to those who we cannot service at this time. 

Enrollment confirmations are sent through the district's Blackboard Connect email system. Qualifying pupils that completed our After School Program form on Parent Portal by July 16, 2023 were emailed an enrollment confirmation letter.  Qualifying pupils that complete the form after July 16, 2023 are placed on our waitlist and placed pending availability.
