Yes for partial credit unless arranged with teachers separately. You need to fill out a LATE FORM first.
What happens if I did not do well on a test?
There will be retake announced in class.
What is Mai dollar?
Mai Dollars is the classroom money used for a variety of things in class, including a end of the year auction.
What is Class Bank?
In addition to Mai dollars (cash), you will also have an online bank account where you can keep your money virtually. You can make deposits and withdrawals through this.
How do I earn it?
You can earn Mai Dollars through classroom jobs, Classcraft trading post random event, school spirit, and weekly pay on Fridays.
How do I know when I do something right?
Behaviors are monitored through citizenship in PowerSchool and Mai dollars.
How do I know when I need to improve?
Review comments in PowerSchool or speak with Ms Mai.

Can I leave class?
Yes after signing out first using the iPad in the front of the classroom.
Do I need to sign in/out?
Yes. Use the iPad at the front of the class to sign out before leaving class.

There will be about 15-20 minutes every other Wednesday dedicated to Restorative community circle. Community circles are used to help promote team building, problem solving, and assist in creating a more safe, productive and collaborative classroom environment. Research shows that students are much more productive and perform better when they are in a safe learning environment.
