Open enrollment in Fall & Spring
Arcadia Unified District Choir is a program for Arcadia students from 4th through 8th grade. AUDC runs 6 weeks in Fall and Spring and joins the Arcadia High School Choirs in the Fall and Spring concerts. Weekly rehearsals are held after school at Arcadia High School Choir Room and the program is directed by Arcadia Choirs director, Ms. Connie Tu. Enrollment is open approximately one month before the first rehearsal in each term.
** The AUDC is an extracurricular activity. Students in grades 4 and 5 will still participate in their weekly Instrumental or General Music class. **
No audition or experience required.
The Arcadia High School Concert Choir is a mixed voice ensemble for students from grade 9 through 12. Concert Choir is an ensemble that help develop students vocal skills, breathing techniques, and begin to explore in part singing. The ensemble perform in 4 concerts per school year with diverse style of choral literature ranging from classical, pop, musical, and jazz.
Grade 9-12. No audition or experience required.
The Arcadia High School Chanteurs (Advanced Chorus) is a selective mixed voice ensemble for students from grade 9 through 12. An audition is needed to enroll. Students are expected to maintain enrollment status once admitted into the ensemble. The ensemble perform in 4 concerts per school year with touring opportunities, festival performance and other performance engagements.
Grade 9-12. Audition only.
