Message From Ms. Schindel:

Hello! My name is Ms. Schindel. I will be your flex PE teacher. While we take on the adventure of remote learning, I will be sharing ideas on how to stay active for all students while at home on this site. I will continue to add different types of movements/workouts and also ways to be mindful. I CHALLENGE you and your family to find ways to stay active for 30 to 45 minutes everyday.
