  • Kick Boxing is a great cardio workout. Take this little by little or try the whole video. There more you do this the stronger you will get. You can do this without weights.

  • Here is a series of three videos that focused on Old School, Middle School, and New School. These videos will showing a variety of different moves. I challenge you to learn these moves and try choreographing your own dance with a mix of these moves.

1&1 Workout

  • Challenge yourself to do a 20 minute workout with this poster. Do each exercise for one minute. After that minute take a resting minute in between each exercise.

  • Bonus Challenge: Do 3 sets of these exercise in a row.

  • These videos will give you a veriety of weight lifting and cardio exercises.

  • You can do these exercises with weights if you have them. If you don't you can do it with cans of food and anything else that would hold some weight like milk jugs with water in it.
