Kick Boxing
Kick Boxing is a great cardio workout. Take this little by little or try the whole video. There more you do this the stronger you will get. You can do this without weights.

Full Body Workouts
1&1 Workout
Challenge yourself to do a 20 minute workout with this poster. Do each exercise for one minute. After that minute take a resting minute in between each exercise.
Bonus Challenge: Do 3 sets of these exercise in a row.

You can do these exercises with weights if you have them. If you don't you can do it with cans of food and anything else that would hold some weight like milk jugs with water in it.
