Focus: Empowering current and aspiring male leaders of color in education to thrive personally and professionally through a supportive community, targeted leadership development, and collaborative advocacy.

Purpose: This affinity group seeks to provide a safe, inclusive space where male leaders of color can discuss their unique experiences, develop essential leadership competencies, and build collective capacity to drive equity and excellence in the district’s schools. By addressing these leaders' systemic barriers, BRIDGE aims to foster resilience, representation, and impactful leadership that benefits students, staff, and the broader community.
