A+ Certification Computer Repair
This program is a one-year course: Students receive hands-on experience via one semester in class and one semester in a field experience internship. The course is intended to prepare students for entry-level positions in the computer service industry and to attain the industry standard A+ Certification.

CISCO Network Administration
CISCO is a two-year course completed in one year, and is designed to provide students with networking theory and industry standard hands-on experience in computer networking technology. Prepares students for Industry Standard CCNA Certification.

· Configuring a Network Operating System
· OSI Layers, Troubleshooting
· Sub netting IP Networks, IPV4, IPV6
· Routing Protocols (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP)
· Switching Layer 2 and Multi-Layer
· DHCP and NAT
· Access Control Lists
· WAN Protocols (PPP, HDLC, Frame Relay)
· A-G approved by CSU and UC (G – Elective)
· Articulated with Shasta College (up to 12 units may be earned)
· Industry Certification: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
