Patient Care Technician
This course introduces students to both direct patient care and indirect care provided by various hospital departments. It provides a general over view of the medical field, as well as job opportunities and basic office procedures.

Medical Scribe Specialist
This program is two years in length, and is designed to give the student the opportunity to acquire specific knowledge and skills to work as a medical scribe specialist. The student acquires patient care knowledge and skills in the classroom, with the possibility of participating in a community classroom site. In order to enroll in this course as a senior, students must meet the minimum academics requirements in the Patient Care Technician course, taken junior year.
