Policies are changing frequently, but as of 8/14/20, the school's policy is for everyone in the building to wear a mask at all times. Students will be able to take masks off to eat, and will be given mask breaks during the day.

We have moved desks to be socially distanced (6 feet from each other). With hybrid learning, our class sizes are smaller. We also have created individual "tool boxes" for students so that they aren't sharing items. We will still focus on creating a class community, learning social skills, and most of all, having fun!

Unfortunately, this year we are unable to have parent volunteers. If you would like to supply additional hand sanitizer, soap, or disinfectant wipes, I would very much appreciate it!

Our online lessons are asynchronous, meaning you can do them at the time that works best for you. At this time, we will not have a set time for "class."

We will have a video walk-through of Canvas soon. For now, there is an instruction sheet for both IXL and RAZ Kids that was with your first grade handbook. Please feel free to contact me if you are having trouble, and I will try to walk you through!
