General Information: 

• You must make an appointment with the school registrar in advance in order to register your child. Walk-In registrations may not be able to be immediately accommodated. An appointment will be made at that time in order to register students as possible. 

• Children entering Kindergarten must be five years old on or before October 1, 2026.

• Pre-Registration is the first step to enrolling your child for school.

To complete the Registration Process, the new student MUST be accompanied by Parent(s)/Legal Guardian(s) during the registration unless:

• The student is not living with a parent or guardian, then he/she must establish proof of residence in the borough and present appropriate domicile papers.

• The student is eighteen (18) years of age or older.

• The student is an emancipated minor.

Screening Information: 

Additionally, all incoming Kindergarten students will be screened in advance of being assigned to a Homeroom. Prospective 1st and 2nd grade students who register after the start of the school year, or who transfer from out of district, will be screened in order to determine the best academic placement for the student. An appointment will be necessary to screen students before they can be placed and start school.
