What's Art About?
The course you are taking part in is an exploratory way to look at all aspects of art. Including medium exploration, art history, art careers, and contemporary creative cultures, students will investigate the arts using various instructive methods. Students will prove understanding through both written tests and creative projects. The students will also be given the opportunity to explore a creative topic of their own choosing through a written research paper and presentation.

Students in this course are not expected to participate in the Annual Spring Art Show. If a student wishes to participate he/she is absolutely welcome to and will be made aware of this opportunity and the responsibilities involved at the end of the year.
