Trash to Treasure
The course you are taking part in is a project-focused course which gives students an opportunity to use available objects and recycled items to make a project plan, express their own ideas, and give their artwork a purpose. The students will prove that something which is old or used, can be given new life and turned into something fresh and beautiful. There will also be an opportunity for the students to explore an environmental issue of their choosing through a written report and coordinating project.

As a finale for the course, the students will take part in the Annual Spring Art Exhibit. Projects completed throughout the year will be mounted and readied for the show. With the show comes some responsibility which will be further explained later in the year. All family and friends are invited to attend.
