Jim Brown, a Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee, started playing lacrosse at Manhasset High School in New York. He excelled as a midfielder, showcasing his speed, agility, and toughness, earning three All-Star honors. At Syracuse University, he became a two-time All-American and led the team to an undefeated season. Brown's remarkable performance earned him a spot in the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame as the first African American inductee in 1983.
