Created by Kyle Kokotailo, a professional hockey league trainer for the NHL and KHL, he devised a training program specifically tailored for lacrosse players. This 12-week optimized training program has been seamlessly integrated into our lacrosse season, with the objective of fostering the highest possible athletic performance from our players.
