Welcome to Auburn School District!
To be eligible for benefits you need to be anticipated to work 630 hours in the school year. This equals a 3.5 hour a day assignment that works 180 days. If you have questions if you are eligible, please reach out to benefits@auburn.wednet.edu.
You will have 31 days to complete your enrollment for benefits. Our benefits are with the State of Washington Health Care Authority School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB). If you do not complete your benefits in 31 days, SEBB will assign you default benefits.
Default Benefits include:
UMP Achieve 1 employee only medical $40 per month premium
Tobacco User fee $25 per month premium
Uniform Dental Plan employee only
MetLife Vision Plan employee only
Employee Paid Long Term Disability 60% plan option *fee based on your wage and your age for monthly premium
Employer paid Life Insurance
Employer paid Long Term Disability Insurance
SmartHealth Wellness Benefit
Please make sure you complete your benefit enrollment within your 31-day window so you can choose the benefits you would like to have for you and your family!
