ASD uses two vendors for transcript requests for current and former students.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing
Current Students
11th and 12th grade students can request official transcripts through SchooLinks to be sent electronically to colleges and universities at no charge. For assistance, visit the directions on requesting/downloading SchooLinks transcripts.
9th and 10th grade students can download unofficial transcripts for personal use through Skyward Family or Student Access under Portfolio. Unofficial transcripts are updated twice a year after grades are finalized.
Former Students
Class of 2026 Alumni: Students who graduate in 2026 can request transcripts through SchooLinks to be sent electronically to colleges/universities at no charge. If you provided a personal email address before graduation, you can log in directly to SchooLinks. If you did not provide a personal email, you will need to create SchooLinks Alumni Account.
1997-2025 Alumni: ASD has partnered with Parchment to electronically send high school transcripts securely. There is a fee for this service. To request a transcript, please click here. For further assistance, visit the Parchment Help Center.
