You may need a transcript for college applications, scholarships, the NCAA, the military or a job. How you request it depends on which transcript you need.
Contact Wendy Ellison, AHS Registrar, to request your official or unofficial Atlantic High School transcript.
Email: wellison@atlanticiaschools.org
Phone: 712-243-5358 (AHS office)
When you reach out, include your full name (the name you used at AHS), your graduation year, and where the transcript needs to go (the college, scholarship, employer or organization, plus its email or mailing address). Request early if you have a deadline.
Playing a sport in college? If your transcript needs to go to the NCAA Eligibility Center, the NAIA Eligibility Center, or another athletic recruiting portal, send that request to Lynnae Grandin.
Email: lgrandin@atlanticiaschools.org
Phone: 712-243-5358 (AHS office)
Include your full name, graduation year, which portal it's for, and your NCAA or NAIA ID number if you have one.
If you took Iowa Western Community College (IWCC) classes in high school, your college credits are on a separate IWCC transcript. Colleges will usually want this transcript sent directly from IWCC. Make sure: all of your classes are done and the grades are turned in before you request it.
At the end of each school year, students will receive an email with instructions on how to request their IWCC transcripts. Watch your school email for it, and save it for when you apply to colleges.
