About Mrs. Hartwig

I live in Athens with my husband, two children and our black lab. Our family enjoys spending time outdoors going for UTV rides, hunting, fishing, camping, and enjoying nature. We also have a family hobby farm where our children enjoy learning about life on the farm and taking care of our animals. 

I have a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Special Education. Teaching has been my passion for as long as I can remember. Preschool is my favorite age group to teach. In our classroom, we work hard to shape our students so they are ready socially, emotionally and academically for Kindergarten. I can't wait to see where each year takes on this journey of helping all of the young children in our class.
