Smartfan: Smartphone Based Bluetooth Remote Control

For this project, I wanted to create something that used an arduino since I really liked the concept of using machines to do my work for me. Originally, I really wanted to integrate CAD into my project as well, but ran out of time. My idea was to give the fan in my room a remote that I would never lose, my phone. The fan I have right now came without a remote, so I'm forced to get out of bed to change the strength of the winds. I used code and arduino to innovate and create a creative solution to my problem.
