Cuauhtemoc Villamar is a retired Mexican diplomat with a Ph.D. in History from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and an MSc in Public Policy (NUS). He is an economist at UNAM.
College President, Colegio de la Ciudad de Zamboanga
Jose Genaro Ruste Yap-Aizon is the president of the Colegio de la Ciudad de Zamboanga. He is the Project Director of Chabacano Lexicography and of Cuento de Chabacano. Since the 1990s, he taught at or served as an administrator of various institutions of higher learning, including the Western Mindanao State University, the Philippine Normal University, Adamson University, the University of Santo Tomas, and the Ateneo de Manila University. From 2014-18, he was th Assistant City Administrator of the Local Government Unit of Zamboanga.

Fernando N. Zialcita is professor emeritus at the Ateneo de Manila University, where he has been teaching with the Department of Sociology and Anthropology. He has written extensively on Philippine culture, including its Hispanic influences: Philippine Ancestral Houses, 1810–1930 (1980), with Martin Tinio Jr., The Soul Book: An Introduction to Philippine Pagan Religion (1991), with Francisco Demetrio and Gilda Cordero-Fernando, and Authentic Though Not Exotic: Essays on Filipino Identity (2005). He also co-edited Cuaresma: Lenten Beliefs and Practices in the Philippines (2000).
