Do I need to register?
The Conference is open to the public via live stream. Those who wish to attend the panels and events need not register.
If I wish to have a Conference Certificate, do I need to register?
Yes. We can process e-certificates for participants and attendees who need and want them.
How much is the registration fee?
It is Php 500 for each Conference. The Conference Series comes in 4 parts. You may register for 1 (Php 500), 2 (Php 1,000), 3 (Php 1,500), or 4 (Php 2,000) conferences.
Will I get an actual certificate sent to me by mail?
No. We will only issue electronic certificates.
Will registering mean I can attend the Zoom meeting with the speakers?
No. The Zoom Meeting is like a "backstage" for speakers and other role-players only. All audiences will be accessing events via live stream. Participation in Q&A and Open Forum will be through a moderator who will relay comments and questions to the speakers/panelists in the Zoom meeting.
Are there extra benefits to registering?
No. Registration is only for the sole purpose of getting an e-certificate issued. Some people need to submit proof of attendance to their respective institutions to show that they've attended our international conference.
Will my attendance be checked? Will I receive an e-certificate even if I don't attend?
We will send evaluation forms for the panels included in the Conference Part you registered for. We will process your e-certificates upon receipt of your evaluation forms for the panels you attended.
What is the breakdown of each panel?
Each panel is broken down as follows:
10 minutes for opening remarks and introduction of speakers
45 minutes for speeches
45 minutes for Q&A from audience questions
5 minutes for the moderator’s synthesis
5 minutes for the closing remarks and announcements
Can I pay the fee and receive a Conference E-Certificate by viewing the sessions later on YouTube?
We will send evaluation forms to conference participants who wish to receive an e-certificate. You may register and receive your e-certificate upon submission of evaluation forms with feedback on the panels you watched on Youtube.
