As part of the advocacy of the Philippine Society of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology towards awareness in different schools, we would like to share this video on Asthma and Allergy Awareness: What Everyone Should Know.
In line with our anti-smoking campaign for better lung health, we give you the FAQs that were submitted by ASHS students following last month’s video lecture entitled, “SAVE OUR SMOKERS: Don’t Start.” The lecture was presented by Dr. Charry Mae Sta. Ana, a pulmonologist from the East Avenue Medical Center and an advocate for anti-smoking and anti-vaping campaigns.

To the Ateneo de Manila Senior High School Community,
Greetings of peace!
A TIME TO REMEMBER AND CELEBRATE
The Ateneo de Manila Senior High School joins the nation in commemorating the unprecedented and nonviolent restoration of freedom from tyranny through the EDSA People Power Revolution of 1986. As we celebrate its 35th anniversary, let us reflect on how God has been moving in our country’s history since then and how we can, here and now, give Him glory as persons of the 5Cs and be positive transforming differences. Let us pray…
Lord of History, guide and bless our country. You gave us creation to help us live a good life to be able to love and serve You and others. You blessed us with the freedom to choose and we thank you for having untied us at one time 35 years ago. May I, in my own small way, help build our country into a society that is just, equal and caring. Give me the inspiration to set a good example in making others work for this better society. Amen. - Fr. Tito Caluag
A TIME TO REST AND REFLECT
March 1 (Monday) and March 2 (Tuesday) are WELLNESS DAYS. After the Third Quarter, we all need to step back, reflect, and prepare for the Fourth Quarter. These wellness days will also allow us to finish unfinished business (if any), and rest and recharge to pave the way for the home stretch of this challenging school year.
The Fourth Quarter officially starts on March 3 with the regular check-in and the first two courses falling on the Wednesday schedule.
Thank you for your unwavering support and cooperation as we continue to courageously and creatively conquer the new frontier of online learning the Magis way!

A summary of the "Get the Facts About Covid-19 Vaccine" presentation of Dr. Joel M. Santiaguel last February 11, 2021.
How and where does one find God’s beauty in a worsening pandemic and in devastating typhoons? In the 2nd Quarter edition of our Journey Journal, the many candid, surprising, touching and inspiring ways by which members of our community grappled with this question are revealed. Do find time to read the sacred stories of our students, parents, teachers, administrators, coordinators, staff, custodians and security personnel at this link, and see how some of them struggled with their faith these past few months and ultimately realized how God is constantly moving in their lives.
The Second Quarter Journey Journal can be downloaded here.
A talk about mindfulness by Dr. Gia B. Sison
For all that has been, “Thank You.” To all that is to come, “Yes.”
- Dag Hammarskjöld, former U.N. Secretary GeneralNew year, new quarter, and new beginnings. As the ASHS community, let us welcome 2021 by saying “yes” to HOPE.
Honor. Do what is right, cultivate our virtues, and treat others with dignity and respect.
Order. Prioritize, plan with purpose, and create smple and harmonious spaces.
Patience. Accept things we cannot control, be fully present in the moment, and be expectant as life unfolds.
Empathy. Listen with compassion, feel others’ pain, and reach out to those who need help.
There is so much to look forward to because we have everything we need to make things better for everyone. With HOPE we will overcome challenges with trust and faith. With HOPE we will wait and receive life’s gifts and lessons with Divine timing. With HOPE we will keep our peace as we keep the spirit of the 5Cs alive in online education.
A blessed 2021!

Hello Seniors!
The application essay takes on greater importance this year as it is one of the major requirements in your college applications. This webinar will help you come up with an essay that will really be reflective of who you are and the proper ways of writing one.
