OVERVIEW
OFFICE OF THE ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL FOR ADMINISTRATION (OAPAdmin)
The Office of the Assistant Principal for Administration (OAPAdmin) administers the creation and implementation of non-academic-related projects and programs in ensuring the students' overall welfare. Providing these initiatives and necessary assistance is vital as we envision and achieve the students' holistic growth, which leads to their positive contributions to the development of our nation.
Student Activities
The Student Activities Program provides direction to and oversees the effective functioning of the various co-curricular activities of the ASHS. This program is developed, implemented, and monitored by the Office of Student Activities (OSA). It also focuses on the formation of student leaders grounded in the 5Cs and the OSA thrusts of inclusivity, diversity, sustainability, and nation-building.

Athletics
The Office of the Athletics Coordinator is in charge of all the varsity athletics programs of the Senior High School. The Athletics Coordinator's primary objectives are to represent the school in league and board meetings, schedule athletic events, supervision of coaches, and the handling of inventory and purchase of athletic supplies and equipment.
This office follows the directives from both the Office of the Assistant Principal for Student Activities and Services and the University Athletics Office. This Office works hand in hand with the UAO to help live out their Mission-Vision.

Training Protocols and Guidelines
In light of the migration to an online learning community for school year 2021-2022, the following key policies and guidelines will be implemented.
Student Services
The Office of Student Services ensures the alignment of basic school services with the mission, vision and objectives of the Ateneo de Manila Senior High School. The Student Services Coordinator ensures the effective, timely delivery and improvement of student services by coordinating with programs and offices tasked to provide these services.

Health Services
Despite the absence of actual or face to face interactions, health personnel will still continue to render services online such as regular dissemination in posting of health advisories from the Department of Health, World Health Organization and other relevant health and wellness tips.
Furthermore, the ASHS Health Services will be offering online consultation for exclusive use by the community members of the ASHS. Those who wish to avail of the service may do so through our google forms.

Commission on Elections (ComElec)
The Ateneo de Manila Senior High School Commission on Elections (ASHS ComElec) is the sole governing body that oversees, manages, and maintains school elections, and monitors the checks of the student government and its duly elected officials. The Commission enjoys fiscal autonomy in recognizing the need for student participation in our institution and promotes awareness of our responsibilities as leaders both within and outside of the school setting.
