Raphael melds real estate experience with forward-thinking process design to deliver functional solutions that embody the intersection of technology and property management.
During the past several years he has integrated software solutions, overhauled operational workflows, devised digital roadmaps and developed IT policies, procedures and best practices with a special focus on risk management.
His past experience includes Executive Partner and Digital Transformation Manager at Munich, Germany, based real estate firms. Key products delivered include:

Raphael is a graduate of the University of Roehampton, UK, with a CPS in Sustainability Development and First Class Honours BSc degree in Business Administration. He is also a former student at LSE where he obtained a certification in Real Estate Economics & Finance. He is native in both German and English.
Dimo is a software entrepreneur with proven track record of establishing strong software operations. He has built from the ground-up multitude of effective software teams.
During the past three decades of his professional career, he has gained cross cultural experience on three continents. Dimo has worked his way up to serve in executive level roles of international and multibillion enterprises.
His past experience includes: CTO of Grand City Property SA, CTO of Grand City Hotels GmbH, CTO of Hospitality Net Solutions GmbH, MD of Playtech Bulgaria, CEO of Software Technologies Ltd, the software solution of which was bought by William Hill Online, UK for 250 Million USD.
Dimo is a graduate of the University of Washington, USA with degree in Computing and Software Systems, and he is fluent in Bulgarian, English, Hebrew and Russian languages.
Valeria began her career as a news presenter on a National TV Channel in Kazakhstan. Having worked in the TV industry for 5 years, she received extensive media, public relations, and event management experience.
In 2016 she moved to the UK, where she gained a master's degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Liverpool.
In 2019 she started working as a Marketing and Communications Manager for a London based accounting company. Communicating the firm’s brand to internal and external stakeholders – she acted as the first port of call for questions concerning company development.
In 2021 Valeria continued her marketing career in a London-based digital marketing agency. Some of her responsibilities included: creating high-converting digital advertising campaigns for different industries and niches; writing marketing and social media strategies; creating and implementing social media content plans; representing the company to prospects - from pitching to writing commercial offers.
Valeria speaks English and Russian.
After finishing an apprenticeship as a hotel specialist, Tobias has worked as a Front Desc Clerk for GCH Hotels Group in Leipzig for 3 years.
The next 2 years Tobias dedicated to expanding his knowledge in hospitality industry and has studied business administration for hotels and restaurants.
in 2014 he continued his work for GCH as a Resident Manager at the Days Inn Dessau.
in 2015 he was promoted to a full time Hotel Manager.
