General Expectations
Create a comfortable learning environment with all the materials you will need

Your two main sources of information are Google Classroom and Gmail. Make sure that you have access to Google Classroom for all subjects and that you check your school email at least three times a day
Show teachers that you are engaged by adding to discussion threads and submitting completed tasks (meeting deadlines)
Arrange Hangouts chats or Meet conferences with your teachers and counselor as needed
Join the weekly Google Meet advisories on March 24, March 30 and April 6, 2020 at 10:00 AM

Make a list of subjects that you have for each day, every morning, before you start work
Check Google Classroom for instructions from teachers and assigned tasks set in those subjects
Complete the work set in the time you have available
Upload or “hand in” work according to the teachers' instructions
If you feel that you are having difficulty coping with deadlines and the amount of work issued, or if you need clarification on instructions or content, please contact your teacher for help via email or Google Hangouts
Resources
Safe Search Trough the ASV Library
The ASV catalog can help students to conduct safe internet searches and research. Searches are performed through the Destiny access content, which has been precurated by educators and are age-appropriate for our students. Mr. Caamaño, the ASV Librarian, explains in the letter "Library Resources. EN" how to use the ASV Library Catalog remotely for non-fiction research.
See other documents describing how to use the online resources accessible through the ASV Library.
