What are CFEs?

100 Career Field Exploration hours (CFEs) are required only by GROUND SCRD students. Members can earn up to 25 hours through TSA. TSA Officers can earn 50! Learn more here.

TSA Event Attire Guide:

Merch Casual: ASU colors and/or ASU and TSA merch (if you have them) but otherwise dress for comfort. Avoid anything that is ripped, worn, or too music festivally! We are always repping TSA/ASU even when casual. 

Sharp Casual:  Merch casual--but elevated. Take care to avoid gym-related clothing, roughed up jeans or shorts, or anything that reads 'too casual' (athleisure, day at the lake, clubbing attire).

Resort/Business Casual: A mix of professional and casual clothing items--not quite true interview-wear but something that says, 'This is important' and where you might meet an industry leader you would like to make a positive impression upon. Read this article for more ideas.
