New Member Form

To start a new or renew membership with TSA, you need to fill out the membership form below once for each academic school year. Dues are paid semesterly. There are six important steps to joining/re-joining:

1 -- FILL OUT THE MEMBER FORM INCLUDING DIRECTORY INFO BELOW

Please provide the following for inclusion in the Member Directory: Bio (in New Member Form) + Photo of your choice – Upload it to the TSA Directory Photos album in PhotoCircle: https://join.photocircleapp.com/N38PMKGQAR. See QR code below.

2 -- PAY YOUR SEMESTER DUES

Dues are ($20 In-person/Ground Student, $10 Online-Only Student) Zelle TSA’s official account (see QR code below) and verify with this email address: claire.mcwilliams@asu.edu. 

3 -- REVIEW AND SIGN THE TSA MEMBER AGREEMENT

Have you reviewed and signed your TSA Member Agreement? 

This agreement covers professional conduct policies, dress code, liability waiver, emergency info, and photo permissions. 

4 -- REGISTER FOR TSA on SUN DEVIL CENTRAL

All clubs at ASU are required to have their members register on Sun Devil Central. 

5 -- FOLLOW TSA COMMUNICATION CHANNELS

Bookmark the TSA WEBSITE. It will serve as your useful main information hub for everything TSA.
