This course is a virtual, instructor-led training conducted via Zoom. Sessions are scheduled on Wednesdays, though availability may vary depending on the instructor.
This self-paced training includes an online module and resource guide with information and policies to review. Learn how to identify and prevent prohibited behavior and how to report concerns. This training must be completed within 60 days of hire date.
ASU - YOUR DUTY TO REPORT
This training explains university policy and provides important ASU resources and contact information to report incidents of unwanted sexual conduct and other inappropriate behavior. Title IX — Your Duty to Report training is available to student workers, staff, and faculty.
All faculty, staff, and student workers must complete this 15-minute online training module within 60 days of their hire date. To take the course, you must have an ASURITE affiliate username and password and Duo two-factor authentication to take the course. Contact our help desk if you experience trouble accessing the training.

Welcome to ASU’s 2025 Information Security Training. It is required for all ASU employees.
As cyber threats evolve, it is increasingly important for each of us to take responsibility for keeping our environment secure. This training is designed to empower our community to fulfill this responsibility. We value your time and recognize that some may already be familiar with the content. To that end, you can start with the quiz. If you score 70% or higher, you are not required to complete the rest of the course.

To help keep our community safe, all employees are asked to complete the annual cybersecurity training within 120 days of the course launch. If the deadline is missed, there’s a 2-week grace period with reminder emails to help you stay on track.
After that, your password will expire at login and require a reset, this action is triggered daily until the training is complete. Deadlines are automatically adjusted for new employees and those on extended leave, ensuring everyone gets the same amount of time to complete training. This process helps us all protect our systems and one another.
All ASU Faculty, Staff, and student workers must take this training within the first month of employment and annually after that.
The EHS Fire Safety Annual Training course is required to be completed annually by all ASU employees whose job requires them to work on campus. This online course includes a short fire safety video and a test. You must correctly answer 10 out of the 12 questions (80%) to pass the course. You can take the test an unlimited number of times. This comprehensive fire safety and prevention course is required for all ASU employees. Participants will develop a solid understanding of fire hazards, prevention strategies, and emergency response procedures. The curriculum covers essential topics including types of fire hazards, proper use of fire extinguishers, and the importance of fire safety equipment. By the end of the course, participants will have the knowledge and skills necessary to enhance fire safety in the workplace, minimize risks, and ensure a safer environment for themselves and their colleagues. This course emphasizes proactive safety measures and compliance with fire safety regulations, fostering a culture of awareness and preparedness in the face of fire-related hazards.

This course is for faculty, staff, and student workers who must access student data as part of their job.

This course helps you manage absences, including leaves of absence in Workday. You will learn how to enter and correct time off on behalf of an employee, request and return an employee from leave and view key absence-related reports.
