My research explores conserved insulin/IGF pathways across humans and corals to understand glucose regulation, metabolic resilience, and stress adaptation.

I study how GPCR misfolding leads to retinal diseases such as retinitis pigmentosa, using metabolomics and structural rescue strategies to uncover mechanisms and therapeutic angles.
Coral Biology & Climate Resilience
I’m passionate about revealing how corals survive environmental stress and how metabolic collapse during bleaching parallels human metabolic disorders.
